Glenn D. West is the managing partner of the Dallas office and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. West's practice concentrates on private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance for domestic and international clients.

Mr. West has led public and private acquisition and corporate finance transactions for the following clients, among others: Ewing Management Group, HM Capital Partners, Lindsay Goldberg, Koch Industries, American Airlines, Greyhound Lines, Inc., Six Flags, Inc., Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc., LIN Television Corporation and Brazos Equity Partners.

Mr. West is a member of the Board of Directors of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, a member of the Finance Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Vogel Alcove Childcare Center for the Homeless in Dallas, Texas, and was co-chair for the 2004 Vogel Alcove Arts Performance Event.
