Weil has been recognized for its “All Star Performance in Recruiting Diverse Talent” at the 2023 Aspiring Solicitors All Star Awards. The awards celebrate the best Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies across the legal industry.

Aspiring Solicitors winners are determined through student member feedback. Weil’s efforts in growing the Firm’s diverse talent — including hiring a record number of exceptional diverse candidates in 2022, being one of the first firms to deliver a Black heritage mentoring program, and providing first-class speakers at diversity events — were highlighted by the organization.
