Women of Weil: 2023 Progress and Priorities showcases the breadth and depth of Weil’s dynamic women leaders and our commitment to gender equity. Weil is proud of the gains women have made in their advancement at the Firm on both our legal and administrative teams. Highlights from Weil Women’s Wisdom: Advice to Our Younger Selves demonstrate our culture of mentoring and showcase the dedication of our women leaders to ensure that each subsequent generation has greater opportunities than the last. We also spotlight the diversity among our women attorneys and staff, which can be seen reflected in our events and initiatives through the representation of women of different races/ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations.
