Biography
Daniel’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing minor league baseball teams in a high-profile antitrust litigation, a nationwide grocery chain in an antitrust suit brought by multiple state attorneys general, and a large technology company in cases challenging the scope of Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act. Daniel is also involved in pro bono cases involving victims of religious discrimination.
Daniel received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law. Following graduation he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He received his M.S. in computer science from the University of Chicago, and B.S. in biopsychology from University of California, Santa Barbara.
