Private Equity partner Richard Frye has been named a finalist for “Attorney of the Year” at the D CEO and Association for Corporate Growth-DFW Mergers & Acquisitions Awards.

The 11th annual awards honor the “top acquisitions, dispositions, and other financial transactions in North Texas in 2023 – and the dealmakers who made them happen.”

Rick was shortlisted for leading or co-leading several high-profile deals for clients such as entrepreneurial family office and growth equity firm Greater Sum Ventures and private equity firm Kainos Capital, among others.
