Aiello Why did you come home to Weil? I grew up professionally at Weil, working alongside exceptional mentors who shaped the way I practice and the kind of advisor and teammate I strive to be. I was fortunate to work with terrific clients and to be part of one of the premier M&A practices in the market. Equally important, many of my closest friends and most meaningful professional relationships were built here. When the opportunity arose, returning felt remarkably natural and was a chance to rejoin a team and culture that have always been special to me. What has been the best surprise since your return? The best surprise has been how quickly everything clicked back into place. I expected there would be a transition, but instead it felt like a continuation. Reconnecting with longtime colleagues and friends, while also getting to know lawyers who joined during my time away, made it feel less like a return and more like picking up a conversation that had simply been paused.
