How Weil is simultaneously very different and very much the same. The same in that the Weil community remains as tight-knit, welcoming and collegial as it has always been; different in that Weil has expanded its capabilities and reach in important ways, including with new practice groups and office locations. Additionally, while it’s not so much of a surprise to me, I am impressed by how seamlessly I’ve been reintegrated into the Weil team and onto the Weil platform. It’s genuinely as if I never left.
