Zahava J. Blumenthal is an associate in Weil’s Tax, Executive Compensation & Benefits Department and based in New York. Ms. Blumenthal participates in advising a wide variety of public and private companies, primarily in the context of corporate transactions. Ms. Blumenthal’s experience includes the design of equity-based compensation arrangements and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. She works on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents; individual employment, consulting and separation agreements; and equity and cash incentive plans. Ms. Blumenthal also helps provide counsel on general employment issues.
Ms. Blumenthal received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. from Barnard College.
