Young Lee is counsel in Weil's Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of leveraged finance transactions including first and second lien credit facilities, mezzanine facilities, asset-based loans, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, working capital facilities and bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Lee has been named a “Rising Star” in Banking by New York Super Lawyers.
Mr. Lee received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
