Woo Taek Hwang is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Woo Taek participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.

Prior to joining Weil, Woo Taek was an associate at another international law firm.

Woo Taek received his LL.M. and J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. from New York University Stern School of Business. He is a native Korean speaker.
