Taylor Farr
Taylor Farr is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Taylor participates in the representation of public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Taylor joined Weil as a summer associate in 2019. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bobby E. Shepherd of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. While in law school, Taylor served as judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Joe J. Volpe of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Taylor received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review and was a recipient of the James H. McKenzie Award for Professional Responsibility and Ethics, and his B.S., with distinction, from the University of Arkansas, where he was a recipient of the Razorbacks Classics Award.
