Vincent Chaudet is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He joined the Firm in 2019.
Vincent graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2017. He also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2017 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Vincent is a member of the Paris Bar. His native languages are French and Portuguese and he is fluent in English.
