Victor Leung is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where he focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, and SEC inquiries and investigations. Mr. Leung is also active with pro bono matters representing civil rights organizations in federal court.
Mr. Leung served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He received his B.A. in political science and philosophy from the University of Miami, and his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was chancellor of the Moot Court Board.
