Victor Leung is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where he focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, and SEC inquiries and investigations. He is active with pro bono matters challenging constitutional violations on behalf of civil rights organizations.
Mr. Leung received his B.A. in political science and philosophy from the University of Miami, and his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was the chancellor of the Moot Court Board and the coach of Cornell Law’s moot court teams.
