Prior to joining Weil, Theodore served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Hershey Lord of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Theodore received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. He received his B.A. in History with honors and distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Most recently, Theodore has been involved on teams advising:
- Evergreen Gardens Mezz LLC and certain subsidiaries in connection with their restructuring and the $506 million sale of certain residential real estate properties, pursuant to a confirmed chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
- CEC Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliated debtors, an American franchisee company with iconic brands Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza with locations across 47 states and 16 foreign countries and territories, in their chapter 11 cases.
