Sarah currently serves on Weil teams representing a global pharmaceutical company in connection with a review of its global anti-bribery and compliance program under the terms of an SEC settlement for violations of the FCPA, and a U.S. manufacturing company before the DOJ in connection with an anti-corruption investigation.
Additionally, Sarah has extensive experience conducting internal corporate investigations, and has recently worked with a private school, a professional association, and an oil and gas company.
Outside of her active practice, Sarah also focuses on pro bono representations, including work with the International Refugee Assistance Project and the Innocence Project.
Sarah received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an Executive Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She received her B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
