Biography

Sarah Bartels
Sarah Bartels is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition group. Her practice focuses on mergers, government investigations, civil litigation, and antitrust compliance matters. She has represented clients across a variety of industries including retail, financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy before both the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Ms. Bartels currently serves as Vice Chair of the Programs and Teleseminars Committee for the ABA Antitrust Law Section, following her involvement in the Section’s International Task Force as its Young Lawyer Representative.  She also performs and has been recognized for her pro bono work on behalf of the Innocence Project.

Ms. Bartels earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
