Ryan Tooley

Ryan Tooley is counsel in Weil's Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Ryan participates in advising banks, non-bank lenders and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers, private equity sponsors and public companies, in a variety of complex corporate finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, mezzanine facilities, unitranche and first out/last out financings, asset-based loans, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, working capital facilities and bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, with a primary focus of middle market direct lending.

Prior to joining Weil, Ryan was a Finance associate at another international law firm.

Ryan received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the VLS Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and his B.A. from Villanova University.
