Biography

Rich Gage is counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Rich was a law clerk to the Honorable John F. Keenan in the Southern District of New York from 2013 until 2015.
During law school, Rich was editor-in-chief of the Fordham Law Review. He also published a student note, A Remedy Foreclosed? Mortgage Foreclosure and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 81 Fordham L. Rev. 283 (2013), and competed at the Pepperdine National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition, where his team won an award for its brief.
