Rebecca received her J.D., cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Davidson College.  In law school, Rebecca served as Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, externed for the Washington & Lee University Office of General Counsel, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jeffrey Howard of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Rebecca is a contributor to the Weil Restructuring Blog.
