Rachel has advised private equity sponsors, corporates, financial institutions and lenders on a range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, as well as high yield financings.

Representative experience includes advising:

• Ardian France S.A. on the financing package for the acquisition of Biofarma, a leading European contract development and manufacturing organisation specialised in the production of nutraceuticals and cosmetics
• Bain Capital on its $3 billion financing package for the acquisition of a 60% stake in Kantar from WPP Group
• Howden Group Holdings (formerly Hyperion Insurance Group, and an investee company of General Atlantic, CDPQ and Hg) on an on-going basis, most recently on the financing to acquire the Aston Lark Group
