Paul Hibbert is a Banking partner in London. He specialises in acquisition and leveraged finance, acting for leading private equity sponsors and lenders with particular focus across the range of infrastructure (Telecoms; Transport; Energy and Social Infrastructure).

  • Antin Infrastructure Partners on the refinancing and group restructuring of Kellas Group, the acquisition financings of Sølvtrans, a further 25% interest in Humber Gathering System, the Tolmount Pipeline, FirstLight Fiber, Kisimul Group and the refinancings of Sølvtrans, Hesley Group and Roadchef
  • AMP Capital on the financing of its acquisitions of Regard Group, CMG, ITS Technologies & Logistics and Axion as well as on its bridge financings for GIF I and GIF II
  • First Sentier Investors on the financing of its acquisitions of Wheelabrator UK, three SSE owned energy-from-waste projects, MVV, Swedegas, Scandlines, E.ON’s Swedish gas network, Digita as well as on the acquisition and subsequent refinancing of HH Ferries
