Biography

Patrick O’Donovan is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department, based in London. Patrick’s experience includes advising on a broad range of complex domestic and international corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions (both private and public), cross-border reorganisations and restructurings and tax disputes (including competent authority matters). Patrick also advises on banking and finance tax matters and debt capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Patrick worked at a leading global firm in Dublin where he acted for large multinationals on a variety of transactions.
