Biography
Femi Gbede is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Femi participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Femi received his M.CL. from the University of Cambridge, his LL.M. from New York University School of Law and LL.B. from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
