Biography

Nicole Payne is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice, where she focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, including software/technology, healthcare, entertainment, and manufacturing.
Nicole received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law. She earned her B.S. in Finance and her B.A in Labor and Employment Relations, with honors, from the Schreyer Honors College at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Weil, she interned for Judge William I. Arbuckle of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
