Nicole Jibrine
Nicole Jibrine is an associate in Weil’s Employment Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses on a variety of labor and employment law issues, including disability, restrictive covenant, breach of confidentiality, non-solicitation, and trade secret misappropriation in litigation proceedings in state and federal courts nationwide. She has experience at various phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings and briefs as well as assisting in settlement negotiations. Nicole also has experience on Weil teams counseling with respect to labor and employment issues, including performing due diligence in the context of corporate transactions, as well as negotiating purchase agreements.

Nicole serves on Weil’s team counseling a biopharmaceutical company in an internal investigation and employment dispute arising from allegations of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. She also has participated on teams advising in connection with sensitive executive terminations as well as the drafting of employment, restrictive covenant, independent contractor, and separation agreements.

In addition, Nicole maintains an active pro bono practice where she has provided employment-related counseling to non-profits including CancerCare, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Black Gravity.

Nicole graduated with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where she earned placement on the Dean’s List. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, Vol. 22, and received a Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. Nicole also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.
