Nathaniel F. West is an associate in Weil’s Litigation Department, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. West has experience in a range of matters including antitrust litigation, breach of contract disputes, and consumer class actions and multidistrict litigation.
Mr. West maintains an active pro bono practice, and has provided legal assistance to organizations such as the Center for Constitutional Rights and Alianza Dominicana, Inc.
Prior to joining the firm, from January 2015 to September 2015, Mr. West served as a law clerk to the Honorable David J. Hale in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. From October 2017 through May 2019, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vernon S. Broderick in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. West received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School where he was a member of the Michigan Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
