Nathalie Sosa
Nathalie Sosa is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating a broad range of disputes, including in the class action, product liability, and restructuring contexts. Nathalie is also actively involved in pro bono engagements, and currently serves on the Weil team assisting The Center for Reproductive Rights in challenging legislation that seeks to limit access to reproductive healthcare.

Nathalie obtained her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif, was an Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, was a member of the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic, and served as the Academic and Mentoring Chair for the Latin American Law Students Association.

Prior to law school, Nathalie worked for eight years in public education as a school leader and teacher. She obtained a M.A. in Elementary Education from Arizona State University in 2010. Nathalie graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology, and minors in Organizational Leadership for Nonprofits and Teaching English as Second Language.
