Mitchell Mengden
Mitchell Mengden is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office. Prior to joining Weil, Mitchell clerked for Chancellor Kathaleen S.J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Mitchell has contributed to numerous blogs focused on restructuring and corporate law. His article, The Development of Collateral Stripping by Distressed Borrowers, was published in the Capital Markets Law Journal.

Mitchell received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown Law, he served as Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was research assistant to Professor Adam J. Levitin.
