Biography
Michaël Koubi is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He joined the Firm in 2019.
Michaël graduated from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University where he received a Masters’ degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité). He also received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
Michaël is a member of the Paris Bar and of the New York Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
