Megan Richardson
Megan Richardson is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice group, where she focuses on shareholder class action and derivative suits, corporate governance, litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, and internal investigations.

Ms. Richardson obtained her B.A. in history from University of Michigan and eventually returned to earn her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Ms. Richardson was deeply involved as a student attorney at the Michigan Innocence Clinic, acted as a board member of the school’s Pro Bono Board, served as Executive Comments Editor for the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review, and became a recent recipient of the Irving Stenn Jr. Award. Prior to law school, Ms. Richardson worked a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer in his Washington, D.C. office.
