Maria Szczepanska is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of the Warsaw office of Weil.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2011, also completing a course in European and French law at the Center for French Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and Université de Poitiers. She also completed postgraduate studies in white collar defense & investigations at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 2016. Prior to joining Weil in 2014, she worked in a Warsaw-based law firm and completed several internships in Polish and international law firms.
A specialist in criminal cases, in particular with regard to white-collar crime, Maria has experience both in acting for injured parties and in defending those charged with wrongdoing in connection with their business activities.
Maria is fluent in English and French, and conversant in German.
