Magdalena Trzaskowska is an advocate and an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of the Warsaw office of Weil.
She graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2012, and has been a PhD student (specialising in public procurement law) at the same faculty since 2014. She also completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received a scholarship from the University of Warsaw for her outstanding academic achievements. Prior to joining Weil in 2013, Magdalena spent a year and a half working in the real estate team of a law firm in Warsaw. During her studies, she worked for the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and the law clinic of the University of Warsaw.
A specialist in procedural civil law, commercial and administrative procedure, as well as real estate and construction law, Magdalena has taken part in numerous administrative proceedings, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Magdalena is fluent in English.
