Biography
Luke Smith is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Luke participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Luke received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as Notes Editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law, and his B.S. from Texas A&M University.
