He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1999, joined Weil in the same year and qualified as an advocate in 2003.
A specialist in litigation, including civil, criminal and commercial law matters, Lukasz’s areas of practice include, in particular, pursuing claims under breach of contract and the protection of intellectual property rights. He has expertise in securing claims for damages and compensation.
Lukasz has represented numerous entities in proceedings aimed at pursuing fair competition, personal property protection and indemnity claims. He has also represented clients before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
The prestigious legal ranking, The Legal 500, recommended Lukasz for dispute resolution in its 2019 edition.
Lukasz is fluent in English and conversant in French.
