Lukasz Czujko is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in Weil’s corporate department and a member of the Warsaw office’s regulatory team.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw in 2004 and qualified as an advocate in 2014. Prior to joining Weil in 2018, he spent over 10 years working in the banking and finance practices of international law firms, including law offices associated with the Big4 accounting firms, as well as in the legal department of a US bank.
A specialist in banking and finance law, with a particular focus on regulatory issues, he has advised international and domestic banks, brokerage houses and leasing companies on all aspects of corporate matters, including ongoing business activity, cooperation with contractors, business reorganisations and structuring. He has also provided comprehensive legal assistance to financial institutions in connection with the sale of NPL portfolios. In addition, he has advised on IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as numerous domestic M&A transactions and legal due diligence investigations of companies.
