Biography
Lauren Fairman is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating a broad array of commercial disputes – including those involving antitrust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, and securities claims – in state and federal courts nationwide.
Lauren received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as Articles Editor of the Cornell Law Review. She earned her B.A. from Hamilton College.
