Krina Patel is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Krina participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.
Prior to joining Weil, Krina was a Structured Finance associate at another international law firm. While in law school, she served as an intern to the Honorable Justice Seamus Noonan of the High Court of Ireland. Krina also previously served as an intern in Senator Cory A. Booker’s office.
Krina received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University. She is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
