Katarzyna Kwapisinska
Katarzyna Lukaszewicz is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the corporate department of the Warsaw office of Weil.

She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2010. During her studies she twice won scholarships from the Foundation for Business Education and also won a John Paul II Scholarship four times. She joined Weil in 2010. For six years she volunteered for the Academia Iuris Foundation, which provides free legal aid to those in need, and for several years she was the co-ordinator of one of the foundation’s centers in Warsaw.

Katarzyna specialises in civil law, administrative law and commercial law, and advises in connection with regulatory matters. Katarzyna has worked on several M&A transactions, IPOs and SPOs, including transactions in the financial institutions sector.

Katarzyna is fluent in English.
