Kasper Dworzanczyk
Kasper Dworzanczyk is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice group in New York, where he focuses on litigating securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, regulatory investigations, and other complex business disputes in state and federal courts.

Kasper’s experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:

  • AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. in derivative litigations in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
  • A public company in connection with an SEC investigation.
  • Brookfield Asset Management in shareholder litigation relating to its acquisition of GGP, Inc. in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
  • A cryptocurrency conglomerate and its CEO in a securities class action.

Kasper also has a committed pro bono practice. Recently, he has worked with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in connection with its voting rights advocacy concerning the 2022 general elections.

Kasper received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review. He received a B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University.
