She specializes in commercial litigation and international arbitration. Apart from client representations before Czech courts and in various arbitration fora, she is an arbitrator for the Arbitration Court attached to the Agrarian Chamber and the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, a member of the ICC Commission on International Arbitration and a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
Karolína has been named a “Leading” Lawyer for Dispute Resolution: Arbitration in the Czech Republic by Chambers Europe, and has been recognized as a Commercial Arbitration “expert” by Expert Guides’ “Women in Business Law.”
Her background also includes experience in international banking, capital markets and derivative transactions as well as financial law. She is a part-time external lecturer of financial law for the Charles University Law School in Prague.
She is fluent, in Czech, Slovak, English and proficient in Russian. She graduated from Pace University (New York) and Charles University in Prague. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
