Kamil Kozłowski is an advocate and an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of the Warsaw office of Weil.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw in 2012. Kamil also studied at Humboldt University in Berlin (2011–2012), where he completed advanced courses in unfair competition and commercial law. He also completed a course in German law at the School of German Law co-organised by the University of Wroclaw and Humboldt-Universität. Recently, Kamil completed postgraduate studies in investment and construction process at Akademia Leona Kozminskiego in Warsaw. Prior to joining Weil in 2012, Kamil worked at Warsaw offices of other international law firms.
A specialist in dispute resolution, regulatory matters and real estate law, Kamil has advised on various complex litigations, administrative proceedings and regulatory matters in relation to energy, infrastructure and finance transactions, corporate disputes between shareholders and white-collar crimes. His experience also includes international and domestic arbitration.
In 2015, Kamil was named as one of Poland’s “best young talents” in the the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland 30 Under 30 Program, which focused on promoting the “top, brightest, most talented and promising young professionals” in the country.
Kamil is fluent in English and conversant in German.
