Justin Yun
Justin Yun is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and is based in New York. Justin participates in advising Firm clients in a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology. He also participates in advising clients regarding privacy and data security issues in the context of corporate transactions.

Justin has been part of the teams advising on the technology and intellectual property aspects, as well as on the data privacy and cybersecurity aspects of:

Justin received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, a 2019 Public Interest Philanthropy Honoree and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He also served as Articles Editor of A Jailhouse Lawyers Manual, a resource for incarcerated individuals and jailhouse lawyers written and updated by members of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, and was a Peace Institute Certified Mediator and led mediation workshops at the United Nations through the Columbia Law School Mediation Clinic. Justin received his B.A. from Columbia University.
