Mr. Pitcher joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining Weil, he completed two federal clerkships over the course of two years. From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Pitcher served as a fellowship clerk to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Pitcher served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware from 2017 to 2018. He received his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a member of the BYU Law Review, and his B.A. from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
