Julien Dhermand is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He joined the Firm in 2020.
Julien graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where he received a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2 - Droit des affaires) and a Master's degree in Financial Law (Master 2 - Droit Financier).
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
