As Director of Administration for the Washington, DC office of Weil, Judy is responsible for the administration of the DC office operations, including overall support functions of legal personnel and administrative staff. Prior to this role, she was the Legal Recruitment and Legal Personnel Manager. Prior to joining Weil in 1990, she was the Office Manager for the D.C. office of Drinker Biddle & Reath (now Faegre Drinkle Biddle & Reath). She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, as well as the Capital Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She earned both her MBA and B.A. degrees from The College of William & Mary.
