Josh Rudin is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Mr. Rudin participates on a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and joint ventures involving office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties. Mr. Rudin also advises clients in real estate aspects of general corporate and financing matters and has been involved in significant bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
Mr. Rudin received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
