Avelina Burbridge is counsel in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Avelina participates advising on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, ground leases, infrastructure projects and all types of real estate based financings.

In 2021, Avelina was named a Rising Star for Real Estate by Law360.

Prior to joining Weil, Avelina was a Real Estate associate at another international law firm.

Avelina received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, and her B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz.
