Isha has served on Weil teams representing leading technology and life sciences companies such as Bio-Rad, General Electric, Illumina, and Regeneron in a number of high-stakes disputes with competitors involving their most important intellectual property.
She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was Managing Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics and B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she was an intern at the National Institutes of Health.
