Hui Li

Biography

Hui Li is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and is based in New York. Hui participates in advising Firm clients in a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology. She also participates in advising clients regarding privacy and data security issues in the context of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Weil, Hui was an Intellectual Property associate at another international law firm.

Hui received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum and a Staff Editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. She received her M.S. from Duke University and her B.A. from Emory University. Hui is fluent in Mandarin.
