Biography
Hattie is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil, specialising in advising private equity sponsors and their funders on domestic and cross-border debt and corporate finance transactions in the infrastructure sector.
Hattie has assisted a number of leading private equity funds and asset managers, including 3i*, iCON Infrastructure, EQT*, Aberdeen Standard Investments* and Centerbridge. She has worked with many major international banks and has experience in advising on a range of transactions including acquisition finance, refinancings, restructurings, fund financings and emerging markets work.
Prior to joining Weil, Hattie was an associate at another leading international law firm and has spent time on secondment at the emerging markets desk of Credit Suisse International in London.
Hattie is proficient in Japanese.
